Do you wonder how GLT chooses which plays to produce during its season?
A dedicated group of volunteers on GLT’s Play Selection Committee steward an application process during the winter and spring each year.
Instructions for play submissions
Directors who are interested in submitting a show for the next season’s playbill should do so on or before November 15th.
** Deadline for 2019: All submissions must physically be in the building by 11:59 pm on Sunday, November 24, 2019.**
A complete script (up to a maximum of three plays) should be delivered to:

176 Morris St.,
If the play is a new or unfamiliar one, please also confirm that it will be available for amateur theatre productions. Directors must have worked with GLT before (i.e. directed a one-act or full-length play) or be a guest director (i.e. be well-established in another community theatre). If you would like to take advantage of our guest director program, please also include a brief resume describing your directing credits, including dates, play titles and theatre where the work was performed.
